Our Story

Spotless Home was founded in 2012. I wanted to have an agency that was local to Winchester and had a independent and personal feel to it as well as being able to offer a high standard of cleaning. Each client that we take on, has an itinerary designed to their requirements so their home is cleaned the way they like it. We supply all cleaning products and ensure that the home is cleaned to a high standard. Our cleaners are all local and have a pride in their work, making sure that homes are kept to a high standard.  We do employ spot cleaning if there are any issues with the standards. In terms of frequency of cleans we aim to do 47 out of 52 weeks in the year but are flexible if the client is away.  We strive to maintain a good service in terms of standards, frequency and communication and have clients who have been with us since we started.

The heart of our business are the people working for us, we have a team of committed, reliable and hard-working cleaners. We ensure that the team is well looked after and are supported by the agency. We maintain standards through operating a supervisor who will supply cleaning products to the various clients and also to keep staff motivated and ensuring that they are cleaning to the required standard. Our ethos has been to have reliable, local and committed staff. The business has expanded from offering just domestic cleaning, and now we are pleased to offer: office cleaning, one-off deep cleans as well as End of Tenancy cleaning.
